University of Okara (Chief Engineer) invites sealed bids under the Single Stage – One Envelope procedure from Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) licensed engineering firms/contractors for the following works under the Bi‑Annual Market Rate System. Bidding documents are available free of cost and can be downloaded from the Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) website and the Punjab e‑Procurement System.
