Punjab Healthcare Commission (PHC) invites online bids for the procurement of services to develop a training module covering nine (9) Functional Areas of Minimum Service Delivery Standards (MSDS). Well-reputed eligible consultancy firms/consultants, government or non-governmental organizations, production houses, departments or institutions registered with relevant registration and tax authorities may apply.
