- Bid security: Rs. 70,000/- as earnest money in the form of CDR or Pay Order in favor of "The DIG/Commandant NHMP Training College Sheikhupura" must accompany proposals.

- Documents & submission: Complete Prequalification Documents are available and applications must be submitted electronically via PPRA EPADS v2.0. Documents can be accessed through EPADS v2.0 at https:/epads.gov.pk/opportunities/federal/framework-agreements/9958.

- Mandatory E-submission: Bidders must upload bids on PPRA EPADS v2.0 in accordance with E-Pak-Procurement Regulations 2023. Manual submissions will not be accepted.

- Deadline & opening: Applications must be submitted through EPADS v2.0 on or before Tuesday, October 13, 2026 at 01:00 PM. Applications will be opened electronically on the same day at 01:30 PM.
