Office of the District Council Mandi Bahauddin invites e‑tenders (Single Stage Single Envelope) for Development Schemes under the Annual Development Program 2026‑27 from contractors registered on E‑PADs and with the Pakistan Engineering Council in the relevant category/codes. Estimates are prepared on the basis of MRS Bi‑Annual 2026 and local market rates.
Tender documents must be uploaded on the EPAD Dashboard by 2026‑10‑12 at 12:00 PM. Bids will be opened the same day at 01:30 PM in the Hall of District Council, Mandi Bahauddin in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives. All procurement will be conducted through the Punjab e‑Procurement System (eproc.punjab.gov.pk) in accordance with applicable rules. Bid security of 5% in favour of District Council M.B.Din must be provided as required on the portal.
