Federal Directorate of Education (FDE), Ministry of Federal Education & Professional Training, Islamabad invites pre-qualification proposals from reputable event management firms/service providers having offices in Rawalpindi and Islamabad and registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax departments for inclusion on an open framework contract to provide Event Management Services for FDE.
Sealed proposals must be submitted by 28 July 2026, 10:30 AM (technical/financial bids to be opened at 11:00 AM same day). A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for 16 July 2026, 11:00 AM in the FDE committee room. A bid security of Rs. 200,000 in favour of DDO, FDE is required.
