Pakistan Revenue Automation (Private) Limited (PRAL) invites electronic bids for the establishment, operation and management of a Central Control Unit (CCU) and associated infrastructure for digital interventions. Multiple tenders are advertised covering CCU solution, rack mount servers, SAN expansion (primary and DR site options), Layer II network switches for the CCU room, Veeam licences, and assessment of contact centre options (Tender Nos. 34–39).
