Invitation to Bid: Transportation Services for ITN Distribution in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (Global Fund)

Common Management Unit (CMU) for the Global Fund AIDS, TB & Malaria (GFATM) invites sealed bids for the hiring of transportation services for Insecticide Treated Nets (ITNs) for selected merged districts of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa under the Global Fund mass campaign (procurement reference CMU/DoMC-079/2026). Eligible Pakistani firms/transporters registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax departments and on the FBR Active Taxpayers List may obtain bidding documents from CMU or by email from [email protected] (documents available from 2026-07-11; collection permitted up to 2026-07-25).

Bids will follow National Competitive Bidding (Single Stage - Two Envelope). A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for 2026-07-16 at 11:00 AM. Bids must include a refundable bid security of PKR 500,000 in favor of the Directorate of Malaria Control and be submitted by registered mail, courier, or by hand.
