Tender: Bulk Purchase of Medical Store Items — Armed Forces Institute of Mental Health, Rawalpindi

The Armed Forces Institute of Mental Health (AFIM), Rawalpindi invites sealed quotations from licensed chemists, manufacturers, or their authorized distributors for the bulk purchase of medical store items for the financial year 2026–2027. Supplies will be required and received on a quarterly basis.

Sealed bids clearly marked "Quotation for the Supply of Medicines/Items" must be delivered to the AFIM Medical Store by 21 July 2026, 11:00 AM; bids will be opened the same day at 11:30 AM in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives. Technical and financial bids must be submitted in separate sealed envelopes as per PPRA rules. Tender documents and the item list are available from the Medical Store In-charge (Mon–Fri, office hours) against a non-refundable fee of Rs. 5,000. Registration with AFIM Rawalpindi for FY 2026–2027 is required. The Commandant reserves the right to accept or reject any bid under PPRA Rule 33. The notice is also available on www.ppra.org.pk.
