FDE Islamabad RFP: Outsourced Drivers (70) – Submit via EPADS by 2026-10-05

Issuer: Federal Directorate of Education (FDE), Ministry of Federal Education & Professional Training, Government of Pakistan.

Purpose: Request for Proposals (Provision of Services through Outsourcing) for deployment of drivers in ICT, Islamabad for FDE headquarters and institutions (urban & rural areas).

Eligibility: Reputable service providers/firms on the Active Tax Payer List (ATL) of FBR and registered with sales tax/income tax department with GST/NTN numbers.

Submission method: Proposals must be submitted through EPADS (eprocure.gov.pk). Original RFP documents, properly filled in and enclosed in sealed envelope(s), must be delivered to the address below on or before the closing date/time. FDE will not entertain any proposal except through EPADS.

Procedure & timelines: Tender follows a Single Stage Two Envelope Procedure. Technical proposals will be opened on the same day as submission.

RFP availability: Download from FDE website (www.fde.gov.pk), EPADS (www.eprocure.gov.pk) or PPRA website. RFP documents can also be collected from the FDE address before close of office hours.

Conditions: FDE reserves the right to accept or cancel/reject any or all proposals as per PPRA Rules 2004.
