The Capital Development Authority (CDA) invites electronic bids from Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) registered contractors (Category C-3 or above) for the repair/maintenance of NCCIA Building No.12, Shahrah-e-Jamhuriat, G-5/2, Islamabad. Procurement will follow Single Stage–Single Envelope procedures with Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS); bidding documents, specifications and eligibility requirements are available on the ePADS v2.0 portal.
Bids must be accompanied by the required bid security and submitted online via ePADS v2.0. Submission deadline: 2026-07-31 by 11:30 AM; e-bids will be opened the same day at 12:00 PM.
