Tender: Repair & 1-Year AMC for Philips 16-Slice CT Scan — Benazir Bhutto Hospital, Rawalpindi

Office: Medical Superintendent, Benazir Bhutto Hospital, Rawalpindi invites electronic tenders through Punjab e-Procurement (e-PADS) for repair and one-year Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) of biomedical equipment for FY 2026-27.

Key submission & bidding details:

• Bid security: 2% of estimated cost must be submitted as call deposit receipt or Bank Guarantee in favor of Medical Superintendent, Benazir Bhutto Hospital, Rawalpindi. A scanned copy of the bid security must also be uploaded in PDF on e-PADS.

• Documents & download: Bidding documents are available free from the PPRA website and Punjab e-Procurement System (e-PADS). Relevant portals: https://www.ppra.punjab.gov.pk and https://eproc.punjab.gov.pk (or the e-PADS tender view link).

• Submission deadline: Electronic bids must be submitted via e-PADS by 2026-10-14 at 10:30 AM. Bids will be opened the same day at 11:00 AM through e-PADS.

• Procedure: Single-stage, two-envelope bidding procedure will be adopted as per PPRA rules. Late bids will be rejected. Original documents must be uploaded to e-PADS as required.

• Other: All taxes and duties will be governed by PPRA rules & e-PADS regulations. Benazir Bhutto Hospital will not be responsible for any cost or expense incurred by bidders. The time for response calculation is from the date of publication on the PPRA website.
