Traffic Engineering & Transport Planning Agency (TEPA), Lahore Development Authority (LDA) invites sealed e-bids from Contractors/Firms registered on the Punjab e-Procurement System (EP) and having valid registration with FBR & PRA (active tax filer/NTN) for rehabilitation works on the Pakistan Metrobus System (Islamabad Section). Procurement will be carried out through the Punjab e-Procurement System (EP). Bidding documents and detailed conditions are available online on the EP portal.
Key instructions:
- Bids must be submitted via the Punjab e-Procurement System.
- Bid security equal to 5% of the estimated cost must be provided in the form of a Digital Bank Guarantee / CDR valid for bid validity period plus 20 days and submitted through the EP system before opening time, otherwise the bid will be rejected.
- Time limit for each package: 06 months.
