Pakistan Railways CSF, Lahore — Invitation to Bids (EPADS) — Closing 2026-10-03

Pakistan Railways (CSF/Directorate), Headquarters Office Lahore invites electronic bids (through EPADS v2.0) from registered manufacturers, suppliers, bidders and contractors (with Sales Tax and Income Tax registration) for supply of materials as per tender documents. Bidding documents, detailed terms & conditions, specifications and e-bidding procedures are available on EPADS v2.0. Bids must be submitted as per Public Procurement Rules and related regulations.

How to Apply: Download bidding documents and participate via EPADS v2.0. Prospective bidders must be registered on EPADS and follow e-bidding instructions. Bid security in the form and amount specified in the bidding document is required. Single-stage, one-envelope bidding procedure applies. Important Notes: Bidders must follow the Leased Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique where applicable and comply with Public Procurement Rules 2004 and related regulatory guides.
