Issuer: Asset Management Authority of Punjab (AMAP), Estate & Land Directorate.
Purpose: Expression of Interest / Pre-Qualification for reputable, professionally qualified and experienced valuation firms/valuers for valuation of Government estate land assets (vacant and developed residential, commercial, industrial, agricultural and mixed-use properties; rental and income potential; land with structures and infrastructure; highest-and-best-use analysis; and detailed valuation reports).

| Integrity | Affidavit on non-blacklisting |
| Personnel & Experience | Key professional staff details and major clients/assignments |
How to apply: Pre-Qualification Documents (PQD), containing detailed criteria and required annexures, may be obtained from the AMAP office or downloaded from the Authority's website. Applications must be submitted in a sealed envelope clearly marked "Pre-Qualification — Valuation Firms / Valuers" and must reach the undersigned by the deadline. Late, incomplete or conditional submissions will not be entertained.
