Punjab Seed Corporation invites online bids from eligible registered bidders for multiple contracts for Labour and Transport operations for the financial year 2026-27. Bidding will be conducted through Open Competitive Bidding, Single Stage Two Envelope procedure as per Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014. All bids must be submitted only through the Punjab e-Procurement System (https://epp.punjab.gov.pk).
