National Bank of Pakistan (NBP) invites applications for the position of Regional Sales Manager – Balochistan (AVP/VP). The role is based in the Balochistan region and will drive retail sales, customer acquisition and regional sales objectives across assigned territories.

| Key Skills & Knowledge | Sales management and interpersonal skills; geographic knowledge of place of posting; coaching and mentoring; strong negotiation and selling skills; ability to handle/solve problems and decision-making; MS Office proficiency (Word, PowerPoint, Excel); track record of exceeding targets |
| Primary Responsibilities | Achieve regional sales objectives by managing sales teams; set and monitor regional targets and KPIs; provide periodic updates on product positioning and profitability; prepare action plans and implement quality and customer-service standards; develop branch-specific sales initiatives and campaigns; identify sales opportunities and customer segments; coordinate with stakeholders for branch culture and product deployment; supervise scheduled regional sales activities; build and maintain rapport with key customers; prepare budgets, financial forecasts and corrective actions as required |
