PADRA Invitation to Bids for Drivers, Office Boys, Janitorial, Operators and Security Services — Lahore

Punjab Alternative Dispute Resolution Authority (PADRA) invites eligible bidders (firms/companies registered with relevant statutory authorities and compliant with FBR, PRA, EOBI, PESSI) to submit e-bids for provision of outsourced staffing services under single-stage two-envelope procedure (Least Cost Method).

How to apply / key instructions: Bidders must register and submit electronic bids via the Punjab e-Procurement (EP) System. Registration: https://vendors.epos.punjab.gov.pk/register. e-Procurement portal: https://eproc.punjab.gov.pk. Procurement rules and bidding documents are available from the Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority: http://www.ppra.punjab.gov.pk.

Separate bids may be submitted for each lot. Bid security equal to 5% of the estimated cost of the respective lot must be furnished in original (bank guarantee/Pay Order as specified). Physical submissions by post/courier/hand are not accepted; bids must be uploaded on the EP System. Technical proposals will be opened publicly on the EP System in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives; financial proposals will be opened after technical evaluation. Conditional bids will not be accepted. The procuring agency reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids under applicable procurement rules.
