Issuer: Khyber Medical College (KMC), Peshawar (MTI). KMC invites e-bids via EPADS (E‑Pak Acquisition & Disposal System) from eligible bidders registered with FBR for Income Tax, Sales Tax and appearing on the Active Taxpayer List (ATL), and registered on EPADS, for the following procurement packages for fiscal year 2026-27.

Key submission and opening details

- Last date for electronic submission (upload on EPADS) and submission of original bid security (CDR) to the office of Dean / Assistant Manager Procurement: 2026-10-06 by 11:00 AM (PST).

- Electronic bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 AM (PST).

- Bidders must upload all mandatory documents on EPADS. Scanned copy of bid(s) must be uploaded on EPADS; the original bid security (CDR) must reach the procurement office by the closing date & time or the bid will be rejected.

- Income Tax, stamp duty, professional tax, KPRA or any other government taxes will be charged as per rules.

- Procurement shall be carried out under the Act and Rules of the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (KP-PPRA); registration with KPRA is mandatory wherever applicable.

- Bids received by hand/post/courier are subject to the requirements stated; email/fax submissions are not acceptable.
