Tender: Establishment of IT Labs in 38 Middle-to-High Schools – KP Human Capital Investment Project (KP-HCIP)

Purpose: Sealed bids are invited under a One-Envelope Bidding Process for the establishment of IT labs in 38 middle to high schools across Peshawar, Nowshera, Swabi and Haripur. The work includes supply of IT equipment and associated electrification & networking works to be delivered and installed in the listed schools.

Eligibility & Procurement: Procurement will be conducted through national competitive bidding following the World Bank's Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers (August 2018). Bidding documents are in English and may be purchased on submission of a written application and payment of a non-refundable fee of PKR 3,000 (cash). Bidding documents to be obtained and bids submitted during office hours (09:00 AM to 05:00 PM).

Submission & Opening: Bids must be delivered by hand to the address below by 02:00 PM on 2026-10-02. Electronic bidding will not be permitted. Bids will be publicly opened at 02:15 PM on 2026-10-02 in the presence of bidders or their representatives. A pre-bid meeting will be held at 02:00 PM on 2026-09-18.

Bid Security: All bids must be accompanied by the required bid security amounts (listed below) in PKR.

Other notes: Bidders may bid for one or several packages as defined in the bidding documents. The Beneficial Ownership Disclosure Form is required as part of the Contract Award Notice information. Bidding documents must be delivered by hand to the address below.
