National Counter Terrorism Authority (NACTA), Federal Government, invites applications from Pakistani nationals for multiple contract-based positions (Junior Analysts and Junior Data Scientist) on BS-17. Appointments are initially for six (06) months on contract with possibility of permanence based on performance. Age limit is 30 years with up to 5 years general relaxation as per rules.

| Junior Analyst (OSINT) | 16 years education in Computer Science, Cyber Security, Information Security, Digital Forensics, Data Science, Software Engineering or equivalent (HEC approved). Preference: experience in Open-Source Intelligence (OSINT), social media intelligence (SOCMINT), geospatial intelligence (GEOINT), threat intelligence, digital investigations, online research; analytical reporting and relevant international certifications advantageous. |
| Junior Analyst (Technical Investigation) | 16 years education in Computer Science or related fields. Experience in cyber investigations, malware analysis, digital forensics, network security, incident response and blockchain analysis preferred; analytical reporting and relevant international certifications advantageous. |
| Junior Analyst (Information Operations) | 16 years education in International Relations, Media Studies, Mass Communication, Strategic Studies, Data Sciences or equivalent. Experience in information environment analysis, disinformation/social media analytics, sentiment analysis, narrative tracking, digital campaign analysis and strategic communication preferred; familiarity with AI-assisted monitoring and data visualization tools advantageous. |
| Junior Analyst (AI & Automation / Tool Development) | 16 years education in Artificial Intelligence, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, Machine Learning or equivalent. Experience with Python programming, AI/ML model development, automation frameworks, large language models, API integration, workflow automation, dashboard development, data engineering and cybersecurity automation preferred; hands-on cloud platforms, DevOps and modern AI frameworks advantageous. |
| Junior Analyst (Peace, Conflict & Terrorism / Social Sciences) | 16 years education in International Relations, Peace & Conflict Studies, Terrorism & Security Studies, Criminology, Psychology, Strategic Studies or related social/applied sciences. Preference for candidates with experience in intelligence analysis and structured analytical techniques; law background considered where relevant. |
| Junior Analyst (Financial / Anti-Money Laundering) | 16 years education in Banking, Finance, Economics, Commerce or MBA. Preference for candidates with experience in financial investigations, anti-money laundering, financial monitoring, financial intelligence and related analysis. |
| Junior Analyst (General AI / Software Development) | 16 years education in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Information Technology or related fields. Experience in developing predictive models, analyzing large datasets and presenting actionable insights using tools such as LLMs, chatbots and related technologies preferred. |
| Junior Data Scientist | 16 years education in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Statistics, Software Engineering or related fields. Experience in developing predictive models, analyzing large datasets, building analytics solutions and presenting insights through modern visualization and AI tools preferred. |
