Higher Education Commission (HEC) invites bids from eligible, registered firms for provision of nationwide courier services for Education Testing Council (ETC) test materials, sealed boxes and normal mail under EPADS Tender No. P92431. The procurement will follow PPRA Rule 36(b) — Single Stage, Two Envelope procedure.
