Buildings Division, Dera Ghazi Khan invites e-tenders from eligible Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) registered contractors (relevant category/codes valid for financial year 2026-27) through the Punjab e-Procurement (PPA) system for the works listed below. Contractors must upload bids online on the Punjab e-Procurement portal. Photocopy of valid PEC license and other required documents must be provided. Performance guarantee and earnest money requirements apply as stated.
Key instructions: submit bids online via Punjab e-Procurement; manual/physical bids will not be accepted. Lowest evaluated bidder shall submit Performance Guarantee up to 10% of the Contract Amount within 15 days of issue of letter of acceptance. Bid validity and other conditions follow PPRA & Punjab e-Procurement rules.
