Tender: Metalling of Road, University of Baltistan (4 km) — GB‑PWD B&R Division Skardu

How to apply: Prospective eligible bidders, after payment of the price, may obtain bidding documents personally or through an authorized representative with a duly attested power of attorney. Applications must be accompanied by the required documents and bid security. Bids must be submitted in single two‑envelope SSTE procedure as per GB PPRA rules and the instructions in the bidding documents.

Submission & Opening: Bids, prepared in accordance with bidding instructions, must reach the office of the Executive Engineer, B&R Division GB‑PWD Skardu on or before the indicated closing date and time. Bids will be opened on the same day, 30 minutes after closing, in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives.
