NAVTTC Expression of Interest 2026 — Pre‑Qualification for Training Service Providers (Multiple Priority Sectors)

National Vocational & Technical Training Commission (NAVTTC), Ministry of Federal Education & Professional Training, Government of Pakistan, invites Expressions of Interest (EOIs) from technically competent and financially sound public and private Technical and Vocational Training Institutes, universities, SMEs and other entities for pre‑qualification as training service providers under the Prime Minister's Youth Program (PMYSPD). Selected providers will deliver free, specialized training programs leading to internationally recognized certifications.

Who may apply: NAVTTC‑registered institutes with prescribed infrastructure and facilities per NAVTTC notified qualifications. Institutes may apply for only one sector unless they possess the required infrastructure for additional sectors. Joint ventures are not allowed. Institutes affiliated or accredited with international bodies will be preferred. Provision of biometric machines and CCTV cameras with IP/ITR lines is mandatory.
