Issuer: Pakistan Railways, Headquarters Office, Lahore (Chief Controller of Purchase).
Purpose: Invitation to submit sealed bids via ePADS v2.0 for procurement of miscellaneous spares and materials for rolling stock and workshops. Open competitive bidding will be used adopting the Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique. Bidders must be registered on ePADS and comply with bidding document requirements including bid security and e-bidding instructions.
