Issuer: Uraan Pakistan under the Prime Minister’s Special Relief Scheme. Subsidised petrol at Rs.100 per litre is available for eligible vehicle owners to reduce the burden of rising fuel prices.
Who is eligible: Owners/drivers of motorcycles, chingchi/three‑wheelers, rickshaws and other three‑wheeled passenger vehicles, and owners of cars up to 800 cc.
How to register (one‑time registration from the mobile number registered with your CNIC):

Send the completed SMS to 9771. Use the mobile number that is registered on your CNIC for one‑time registration. After successful registration you will be eligible to purchase petrol at the subsidised rate for the specified vehicle categories.
