Tender: Reconstruction of Narowal Public School Road — Municipal Committee Narowal (Single Stage–Two Envelope)

Municipal Committee Narowal invites electronic bids from eligible contractors/firms through the Punjab e‑Procurement System for the reconstruction of Narowal Public School Road, Narowal. Procurement will follow the Single Stage–Two Envelope procedure in accordance with the Punjab Procurement Rules.

• Complete bidding documents and detailed terms/conditions are available on the Punjab e‑Procurement website (https://eproc.punjab.gov.pk) and the PPRA/PPRAn website where applicable.
• All bids must be submitted electronically via the Punjab e‑Procurement System; only e‑submitted bids will be considered.
• Bid security equal to 5% of the estimated cost must be furnished as prescribed (iLink/Bank Guarantee or as allowed on the e‑Procurement System).
• Technical envelopes will be opened electronically on the specified opening time in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives.
• The successful bidder will be required to furnish a Performance Guarantee (e‑Bank Guarantee) equal to 10% of the contract amount as per rules.
• Bidders must comply with all eligibility, qualification, experience and document requirements outlined in the bidding documents and the Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority rules.
• Taxes and other statutory deductions will be applied as per government rules.
