How to apply: Bidding documents and detailed requirements, terms and conditions can be downloaded from the PPRA website and the Punjab e-Procurement portal. Electronic submission must be made through the Punjab e-procurement system (eP).
Key conditions: All bidding shall follow the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Original performance guarantee/tender security must be furnished in shape of CDR/Bank Guarantee/Pay Order/Demand Draft as prescribed and issued by a scheduled bank, payable to the Medical Superintendent. Bids must be in English. Bid validity is 180 days. In case the opening date is a public holiday or non-working day, bids will be opened on the next official working day at the same time and venue. Receiving, opening and awarding will be governed by the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014.
