PAA Tender: Procurement of Office & Mess Furniture for R.Y. Khan Airport — Bid Closing 2026-09-08

Pakistan Airports Authority (PAA) invites e-bids through EPADS v2.0 under PPRA Rule 36(b) for procurement of furniture for office and mess at R.Y. Khan Airport. Bidders must be registered on EPADS v2.0 and submit e-bids only; manual submissions will not be entertained.

- E-bidding documents, terms & specifications available on EPADS: https://epads.gov.pk (opportunities / federal procurements). Vendors not registered on the new EPADS v2.0 must register via the EPADS vendor portal.

- Manual submission of bids will not be accepted. Original bid security must be received at the address indicated by PAA before the bid submission date/time; an online copy or bank guarantee must be attached during EPADS online submission.

- All prospective bidders must immediately inform PAA before the bid opening date/time and submit proof of Active Taxpayer List (100% compliance) and GST/NTN certificates of FBR to the address below or via email.

- Contract period: Until satisfactory completion of the contract and warranty period.

- PAA reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids for cogent reasons. Any financial instrument found fake or dishonored will lead to blacklisting and legal action.
