Issuer: National Disaster Management Authority (NDMA), Prime Minister's Office, Government of Pakistan. NDMA intends to shortlist reputed / FBR-registered workshops, tyre shops or general suppliers for peripheral repair, maintenance and upkeep of its official vehicles for the Financial Year 2026/2027.

Eligibility: Technically qualified, reputed and FBR-registered workshops, tyre shops or general suppliers able to provide the above services.
Bid/Submission details: Interested parties should contact the Mechanical Transport Officer, NDMA on Office phone 051-9030918 for submission of bids/documents and further information. A non-refundable pay order of Rs 2,000 in favour of Director (Administration), NDMA must be deposited at the time of submission as the tender fee. Bidders are advised to read the bidding documents; a complete set may be downloaded from the NDMA website.
Deadline and opening: Sealed bids must be submitted by 2026-09-03 before 1200 hours. Sealed bids will be opened on the same date at 1230 hours in the presence of bidders' authorized representatives at NDMA HQ near ITP office, Main Murree Road, Islamabad.
