Airports Security Force (ASF), Government of Pakistan, Ministry of Defence invites sealed tenders from firms/authorized dealers registered with sales tax authorities (with vendor number/NTN) and having a sales/service centre in Islamabad/Rawalpindi for the purchase/supply of office stationery items for the financial year 2026-27.
Tender documents are available for download from the PPRA website (www.ppra.gov.pk) and via the EPADS e-procurement portal. Hard copy documents may be obtained from the Admin Office, ASF Islamabad Airport on payment of a non-refundable document fee of Rs.1,000 (one thousand) until 06 September 2026 before close of office hours. Samples of all quoted stationery items (duly stamped/signed) must be attached with the bid; failure to provide samples will render the bid unacceptable.

Required documents (to accompany tender): firm registration certificate, National Tax Number (NTN), Sales Tax Registration Certificate, vendor number, bank account/IBAN details, NTN/GST certificates (hard copy), and a notarized affidavit on stamp paper stating the firm is not blacklisted and has no pending disputes with any government organisation. Only typed quotations will be accepted. Bidders must quote rates on the e-procurement portal and submit original bid instruments (Pay Order, stamp paper, rate list) as required.
The competent authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all tenders, cancel the tender process, or distribute quantity among more than one firm without assigning reasons. Sub-standard items will be rejected and suppliers may be blacklisted for non-compliance.
