Pakistan Software Export Board (PSEB) invites Expressions of Interest (EOI) from eligible bidders for provision of non-consultancy services for the Establishment of the Prime Minister’s National Technology Park (PMNTP) across Pakistan. Funds have been reserved under the procurement plan for FY 2026-27. Procurement will follow Quality-and-Cost-Based Selection (QCBS) using a Single-Stage, Two-Envelope open competitive bidding procedure under the Public Procurement Rules, 2004.
