Tender: Outsourcing Solid Waste Management Services in Faisalabad (Urban-II) – LWMC

Issuer: Lahore Waste Management Company (LWMC) on behalf of South Punjab Authority. LWMC invites unconditional bids from bidders or Joint Ventures (eligible as per bidding document) for the outsourcing of Solid Waste Management (along with available resources) for Tehsil Faisalabad (Urban-II Areas) for a period of four years, extendable to another two years.

- Contract period: 4 years, extendable by 2 years.

- Bidding procedure: Electronic submission through the Punjab e-Procurement System (e-Procurement). Bidding documents available for download from PPRA / Punjab e-Procurement websites as per listed procedures.

- Pre-bid meeting: September 17, 2026 at 11:00 hours (address below).

- Submission deadline: Bids must be submitted online on or before September 30, 2026. Technical bids will be opened online on the same day at 14:30 hours in the presence of bidders or their representatives.

- Bid security must be submitted as specified in the bidding document (CDR/BG/DD/PO/BC or as per instructions).
