Director, Drugs Testing Laboratory Punjab, Multan invites sealed e‑bids from eligible firms/individuals registered with relevant Registration Authorities/Tax Departments for framework contracts for Services & Goods on DDP basis for Financial Year 2026‑27.

Key Instructions and Conditions:

- Bidding documents can be downloaded free of cost from the Punjab e‑Procurement System (eP) portal: https://ep.punjab.gov.pk and PPRA website: https://ppra.punjab.gov.pk/active_tenders.aspx.

- Bid security (2% of the estimated amount of the lot) must be submitted digitally through the Punjab e‑procurement system before submission and time of submission of e‑bids.

- Bid validity shall be 180 days from the bid opening date.

- E‑bidding will be conducted through open competitive, Single Stage‑Two Envelope procedure as per Rule 38(2)(a) of Punjab Procurement Rules PPRA 2014 (amended) and Punjab Procurement Regulations 2024.

- Bidders are required to upload and submit their e‑bids on the Punjab e‑Procurement System (eP) Portal well before the prescribed submission deadline; the successful submission on the eP Portal shall be the sole responsibility of the bidder.
