Wah Industries Limited (WIL) invites applications for the position of Chief Executive Officer & Managing Director (CEO & MD). The role requires an energetic, experienced corporate leader to manage the company and its procedures in accordance with applicable law and the Company Act 2017, and to implement strategy and policies approved by the Board.

| Qualification | Graduate degree from a reputed institute or other professional qualification related to the company’s principal business (manufacturing, mining, science, technology, agriculture, social science, etc.), or membership of a recognized professional accounting body, or recognized business/professional with postgraduate degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Finance, Commerce, Marketing or equivalent. |
| Experience | Minimum 15 years’ demonstrated experience with at least 10 years in senior-level positions in a commercially oriented organization. |
| Contract & Remuneration | Three-year contract with market-based salary and negotiable perks and privileges commensurate with qualification and experience. |
| Application & Evaluation | Applicants must complete and sign the Application Form as per Annexure A of the Public Sector Companies (Appointment of Chief Executive) Guidelines 2015 (available on SECP and WIL websites). The form must be filled online on WIL website, printed, signed and dispatched with supporting documents. A declaration on non-judicial stamp paper as per Annexure B is also required. Degrees/testimonials must be verified by the Higher Education Commission. Evaluation will follow the fit-and-proper criteria in Schedule II of the Guidelines and Companies Act 2017. |
