Wah Industries Limited (WIL) invites applications for the post of Chief Executive Officer & Managing Director (CEO/MD). The company seeks a dynamic, energetic and experienced leader to manage overall company affairs, implement board policies, safeguard corporate interests, and lead Sales, Marketing, Manufacturing and Trading functions.

| Qualification | Graduate degree from a well-reputed institute or equivalent professional qualification related to public sector company operations (manufacturing, mining, science, technology, agriculture, social sciences, etc.). Membership of a recognized professional accountants body or equivalent professional/managerial standing will also be considered. |
| Experience | Minimum 15 years of post-qualification experience with at least 10 years in senior-level positions commensurate with the role in commercially oriented organizations. |
| Key Responsibilities | Overall management and day-to-day operations, implementation of board-approved strategy and policies, financial and other matters control, arrangements for optimal utilization of funds and resources, and safeguarding organization interests in accordance with statutory obligations. |
| Application Requirements | Submit completed application form (Annexure “A” per Public Sector Companies (Appointment of Chief Executive) 2015 guidelines) with CV, attested copies of degrees/testimonials (verified by HEC), and a self-declaration on non-judicial stamp paper as per Annexure “B”. Additional required documents as per SECP & WIL guidelines must be attached. |
