PITB Invitation to Bid — Procurement of GPU Servers (Qty 2)

Issuer: Punjab Information Technology Board (PITB), Government of the Punjab. PITB invites bids for the procurement of GPU servers for various PITB projects (CC–02).

Key submission details:

- Tender documents are available free of cost at www.pitb.gov.pk and www.ppra.punjab.gov.pk. Technical and Financial bids must be submitted separately, completed, signed and stamped in full conformity with the tender document.

- Bids must be submitted online via the Punjab E-Procurement System at https://eproc.punjab.gov.pk. Submit until 11:00 hrs on 2026-08-31. Bids will be opened at 11:30 hrs on 2026-08-31.

- For electronic bids registration, bidders must register at https://ep.punjab.gov.pk. For registration support contact: 1248.

- Required documents: Income/Sales tax registration certificate and other documents as specified in the tender document must accompany bids. Incomplete, unsigned, late, or non-compliant submissions will not be considered.

- PITB reserves the right to reject all bids or proposals at any time prior to acceptance in accordance with Rule-35 of the Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014.
