Issuer: Strategic Planning & Implementation Unit (SP&IU), Environment Protection & Climate Change Department (EPCCD), Government of the Punjab.
Purpose: Invites applications for pre-qualification from national/local companies/firms through the Punjab E-Procurement System (EP) for the design, construction, supply, installation, commissioning, operation and maintenance of an Integrated Superstation with a Data Information Platform and Forecasting System.
Key requirements and scope: Applicants must be registered on the Punjab E-Procurement System and hold relevant registrations with tax departments/authorities. Joint ventures/consortia are allowed. Pre-qualification will be conducted in accordance with the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. The scope comprises a complete package covering design, construction, supply, installation, commissioning, operation and maintenance of the Integrated Superstation and its Data Information Platform and Forecasting System.
