CPSP Invites Sealed Bids for Hiring Construction Contractor (Regional Centre Lahore)

College of Physicians & Surgeons Pakistan (CPSP) invites sealed bids under a One-Stage, Two-Envelope procedure from reputable construction contractors for construction works related to the CPSP Regional Centre (Lahore). Firms must have a minimum of 5 years' documented experience in similar works.

Mandatory submission requirements (documents to accompany technical proposals):

• Company profile: name, permanent address, valid phone, email and fax number.
• Legal status: if applicable, partnership deed/articles of association for company/limited firm with power of attorney.
• Financial stability: audited bank statement/balance sheets for last three (03) years.
• Track record: list of similar projects completed in the last five years with project costs and completion period; use of local materials/indigenous building techniques where applicable.
• Client satisfaction: satisfactory completion certificates from clients.
• Human resources: availability of key technical staff including a registered architect, structural engineer, site engineer and quantity surveyor.
• Taxation: proof of FBR registration and NTN, including last income tax return.
• Professional licensing: certificate of registration with PEC as a construction contractor company.
• Non-blacklisting certificate: affidavit confirming the firm is not in litigation or blacklisted by any client or authority.

Submission details: all documents must be submitted directly to the Projects Department at the CPSP Regional Centre Lahore by the deadline. Pay Orders/Bank Drafts for TOR fee and bid security should be drawn in favor of "College of Physicians and Surgeons Pakistan." CPSP reserves the right to accept or reject any or all applications as per rules without assigning any reason.
