Issuer: Independent System & Market Operator (Guarantee) Limited (ISMO). ISMO invites registered suppliers to submit electronic bids through the PPRA e-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (ePADS) for the following procurement packages.

How to apply: Interested bidders must be registered suppliers on ePADS and submit bids electronically via the ePADS portal (https://vendors.epads.gov.pk). E-bidding documents, terms & conditions, submission procedure, bid security requirements, evaluation criteria and other relevant details are available on the EPADS portal and can be downloaded from ISMO website (https://www.ismo.gov.pk) and PPRA (https://www.ppra.org.pk).
Submission & opening: Bids must be prepared in accordance with the instructions provided in the bidding documents and submitted electronically through ePADS on or before 2026-09-29 at 11:00 AM. Technical bids will be opened the same day at 11:30 AM in the committee room, ISMO Building, Sector H/1, Islamabad. If the bid opening date falls on a public holiday, bids will be opened on the next working day.
