An experienced Personal Assistant is required to provide high-level administrative and secretarial support to a Director in Islamabad. The selected candidate will be expected to work from the Director's residence and may be required to work extended hours, six days a week, including weekends when needed.

| Eligibility & Qualifications | University graduate with 8–10 years' experience in similar roles; proficiency in shorthand with speed of approx. 100 WPM (mandatory); strong computer skills; excellent written and spoken English; excellent communication and interpersonal skills; very presentable, responsible and disciplined. |
| Other Requirements | Willingness to work extended hours, six days a week, and be available on weekends; must be willing to work from the Director's residence. |
