LWMC Invitation to Bid — Supply of Printed Sanitation Bills (Framework Contract)

Issuer: Lahore Waste Management Company (LWMC). LWMC invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the supply of printed sanitation bills under a framework contract. Competitive bidding will be conducted online through the Punjab e‑Procurement system (E‑P) under Rule 38(2)(a) of PPR‑14 using Single Stage Two Envelope procedure with least cost selection.

Key conditions: Joint venture/consortium is not allowed. Bidding documents will be available immediately after publication on the PPRA Punjab website and the Punjab e‑Procurement system free of cost. Price details and the required bid security must be submitted online as per Punjab e‑Procurement rules.

Submission & opening:

- Bids (duly completed, signed, stamped and in complete conformity with the bidding document) must be submitted online through the Punjab E‑Procurement system (https://eproc.punjab.gov.pk) by 11:00 Hours on or before 2026-08-28.

- Technical bids will be opened the same day at 11:30 Hours on 2026-08-28 in the presence of bidders or their representatives who choose to be present. Submission and bid security on Punjab E‑Procurement system (E‑P) shall be the responsibility of the bidder.
