Issuer: Strategic Planning & Implementation Unit (SP&IU), Environment Protection & Climate Change Department (EPCCD), Government of the Punjab.
Purpose: Pre-qualification of national/local companies/consortia for the design, construction, supply, installation, commissioning, operation and maintenance of an Integrated Superstation with Data Information Platform and Forecasting System.

Eligibility & Registration: Applications are invited from national/local companies/firms (including joint ventures/consortia where allowed). Applicants must be registered on the Punjab E-Procurement System (EP) and with relevant registration and tax authorities as required. Pre-qualification will be conducted under the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 (as amended).
Documents & Availability: Pre-Qualification Documents (PQD) will be available immediately after publication on the Punjab E-Procurement System (EP) website and the Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) website, or can be collected from the address below during office hours.
Submission & Opening: Applicants must submit pre-qualification applications online only through the Punjab E-Procurement System (EP). Completed applications with required documents must be submitted on or before 2026-08-28 at 11:00 AM. Applications will be opened online at 11:30 AM on 2026-08-28 in the presence of participants who choose to attend. Partial or conditional applications will be rejected.
Important notes: Partial participation in the scope of the package is not permitted. Applicants must demonstrate capability to undertake the complete scope. The procuring agency reserves the right to accept or reject applications as per PPRA rules. The procuring agency will not be responsible for any cost incurred by applicants in preparation or submission.
