Tender Notice — District Council Rawalpindi: M&R Schemes (Financial Year 2026-27)

Office of the District Council, Rawalpindi invites bids from approved contractors on EP system under PPRA rules for Maintenance & Repair (M&R) schemes for the Financial Year 2026-2027. Bidding documents are available on the PPRA website and EP system. Only bids submitted on the EP system will be accepted.

Key submission and procedural details:

- Bidding documents available on PPRA website and EP system and must be submitted via EP system from publication date until 2026-08-24 at 11:00 AM.

- All received bids will be opened on 2026-08-24 at 02:00 PM in the Office of District Council Rawalpindi by the Tender Opening Committee in the presence of contractors or their authorized representatives.

- It is compulsory for participating contractors to quote item-wise rates as per PPRA rules; rates should be quoted as item-wise rates on EP system.

- If the lowest quoted tender is more than 5% below the estimated cost, the lowest bidder must deposit required performance security from a scheduled bank within 15 days of issuance of notice. Failure to deposit will result in forfeiture of the 5% earnest money in favor of District Council Rawalpindi and re-tendering.

- Overwriting, doubling, cutting, tempering, doubtful and incomplete bids will not be accepted. At-site installation of caution boards and messages regarding prevention against human, animal and financial loss will be the contractor's responsibility.
