Pakistan Digital Authority (PDA) Hiring: Digital Transformation Operating Model Consultant (PDA-C018)

Issuer: Pakistan Digital Authority (PDA). PDA seeks individual consultant(s) to support Pakistan’s digital transformation and implementation of the National Digital Masterplan. Applicants must possess domain-specific expertise and international experience not readily available within the public sector.

Eligibility & Requirements

Candidates must review the Detailed Terms of Reference (TORs) available on PDA’s website and demonstrate that they possess the required qualifications and relevant experience as specified in the TORs. PDA prefers candidates with domain-specific expertise and international experience relevant to digital transformation, digital governance, and operating model design.
