Independent System & Market Operator (Guarantee) Limited (ISMO), Islamabad invites electronic bids (e-Bids) through PPRA's e-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (EPADS) portal for procurement of goods and consultancy services. Interested bidders must be registered suppliers on EPADS to participate. Detailed e-bidding documents, terms and conditions, submission procedure, bid securing declaration, bid validity, evaluation criteria and other relevant details are available on the EPADS portal and ISMO / PPRA websites.
