ISMO Invitation for e-Bids: Legal Advisory Retainership & Stationery/Consumables Framework (Islamabad)

Independent System & Market Operator (Guarantee) Limited (ISMO) Procurement Department invites e-bids via PPRA’s EPADS portal for provision of goods and consultancy services. Interested bidders must be registered suppliers on EPADS to participate and should register electronically at the EPADS vendors portal.

How to apply: Register and submit bids electronically through the EPADS portal (https://vendors.epads.gov.pk). Bidding documents, terms and conditions, method of procurement, bid submission procedure, bid security, evaluation criteria and other relevant details are available on the EPADS portal and can also be downloaded from ISMO website (https://www.ismo.gov.pk) and PPRA (www.ppra.org.pk).

Submission deadline: Bids must be submitted electronically through EPADS on or before 2026-09-29 at 11:00 hrs. Technical bids will be opened the same day at 11:30 hrs in the ISMO Building, Sector H-8/1, Islamabad. If the bid opening date falls on a public holiday, bids will be opened on the next working day.
