Secretary General (Grade-22) – Leading Humanitarian Organization (Islamabad)

Issuer: The leading humanitarian organization in Pakistan invites applications for the position of Secretary General (Grade-22).

Qualification & experience required: Master’s degree in a relevant discipline from an HEC-recognized university/institute; 15–20 years of progressively responsible professional experience including at least 5 years in a senior executive/leadership position; proven experience in organizational leadership, financial management, audits, donor compliance, governance, and humanitarian/disaster response; experience with national or international humanitarian organizations or comparable institutions is a strong preference; strong leadership, strategic planning, governance, financial, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.

Selection process: Transparent, competitive and merit-based. Shortlisting and assessment will be undertaken against clearly defined criteria and shortlisted candidates will be assessed by a designated Selection Panel/Committee.
