Secretary General (Grade-22) — Islamabad | Fixed-Term Full-Time

Leading humanitarian organization in Pakistan invites applications for the position of Secretary General (Grade-22), based in Islamabad. Appointment is full-time on a fixed-term contract for up to three (3) years (non-extendable), subject to maximum age limit.

Qualification & experience: Master's degree in a relevant discipline from an HEC-recognized university/institute; 15–20 years of progressively responsible professional experience including at least 5 years in a senior executive/leadership position. Proven experience required in organizational leadership, financial management, audits, donor compliance, governance, and humanitarian/disaster response. Experience with national or international humanitarian organizations or comparable institutions is a strong preference. Strong leadership, strategic planning, governance, financial, communication, and stakeholder-management skills are required.

Selection process: Transparent, competitive and merit-based. Shortlisting and assessment will be against defined criteria; shortlisted candidates will be assessed by a designated Selection Panel Committee.
