Ministry of Interior & Narcotics Control — Re‑Tender for Machinery, IT, Furniture & Tyres (FY 2026‑27)

The Government of Pakistan, Ministry of Interior & Narcotics Control invites sealed re‑tenders from firms/authorized dealers (with proper shops/telephone, registered for sales tax and NTN, and having Sale/Service Center in Islamabad/Rawalpindi) for supply of machinery, computer equipment, software, furniture/fixtures and vehicle tyres (including bulletproof tyres) for Financial Year 2026‑2027. Procurement method: Single stage – two envelope procedure.

Key details and instructions:

- Tender documents can be obtained from the Section Officer (General) on payment of PKR 5,000 (non‑refundable). Firms are also directed to upload rates on the e‑procurement portal EPADS in addition to submitting original bids.

- Earnest money must be submitted in the shape of Pay Order / Demand Draft / Call Deposit in favour of the Ministry of Interior. Security deposits will be realized/refunded as per rules.

- Rates should be quoted for original/genuine brands; quoted rates must remain valid until 2027‑06‑30. Supplies/deliveries will be required throughout the year at approved rates.

- Required documents to accompany tenders: firm registration certificate, National Tax Number, Sales Tax Registration Certificate, Vendor Number, Bank Account No/IBAN. Only typed quotations will be accepted; overwriting/white fluid is not allowed.

- Tender submission deadline: 2026‑09‑28 up to 11:00 hours. Bids will be opened the same day, 2026‑09‑28 at 11:30 hours in Committee Room 'S' Block.
